All laser engraving and printing services are completed in‑house at our Brookvale factory on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our production process includes CO₂ laser engraving, sublimation printing, and traditional machine engraving for metal perpetual trophy plaques. Keeping all engraving work in‑house allows us to maintain strict quality control, faster turnaround times, and consistently high standards across every order.

Laser‑engraveable laminate, often called laser plate, is a popular material within the awards and signage industry and is widely used for trophy plates, plaques, signage, and nameplates. At Platinum Awards, we primarily work with brushed gold and brushed silver laminate to achieve a professional and premium finish that complements corporate awards and recognition programs.
Laser engraving laminate produces crisp, high‑contrast text and logos that remain clear and legible over time. Laser‑engraved laminate is also available in a wide variety of colour combinations, making it suitable for customised designs that align with branding guidelines or specific visual requirements.
